Dinner Features December 9th, 2016

Curry Chicken 

Pan seared chicken breast with onions, red peppers and tomatoes finished with a curry cream sauce over rice pilaf.

Chicken Carbonara 

Pan seared chicken breast with sautéed onions, peas, tomatoes and bacon tossed in a parmesan cream sauce over linguini and finished with parmesan cheese.

Grilled Barramundi 

Flame grilled Barramundi accompanied by sweet potato and chorizo hash then topped with a pumpkin apple cream sauce.  

Pan Seared Stockyard Roulade 

Pan seared stockyard Angus reserve sirloin stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and feta cheese served with sautéed asparagus and tomatoes along with cheddar garlic mashed potatoes then finished with rosemary butter.

           Mediterranean Pasta with Scallops 

Lightly floured Deep Sea scallops pan seared then tossed with red onion, banana peppers, tomatoes, artichokes and spinach finished with white wine and butter topped with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.

Sesame Ahi Tuna Stir Fry     
Ginger sesame crusted Ahi tuna steak pan seared with stir fried vegetables over rice finished with a honey soy reduction.

Battered Shrimp       

Beer battered shrimp deep fried and served with coleslaw, french fries and a side of tangy sweet and sour sauce.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry               
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
