Dinner Features December 3

Scotch Ale Barbeque Chicken
Boneless chicken breast seasoned and char grilled, finished with a scotch ale barbeque sauce and crispy onion straws, presented over cheddar herb mashed potatoes  

Pasta Bolognese
House made Bolognese sauce, marinara with beef and fresh herbs and vegetables, served over ziti and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese

Guinness Steak Poutine
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, presented over house cut fries and finished with artisan cheese curds, Guinness ® gravy and scallions  

Garlic Seared Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh garlic and finished with a roasted red pepper coulis, served with sautéed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes

Tomato Basil Sea Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared in a white wine pesto pan sauce, tossed in pasta with tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and asiago and parmesan cheeses     

Sesame Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna pan seared to order with a sesame crust, topped with a fresh pineapple salsa and served with wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
