Dinner Features December 17

Scotch Ale Pork Chops
Twin seasoned and char grilled stuffed pork chops, finished with a Scotch ale demi-glace and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes  

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a parmesan crust with portobello mushrooms, zucchini and grape tomatoes served over pasta in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, and finished with asiago cheese         

Cajun Bleu Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with Cajun spices, finished with melted bleu cheese crumbles and crispy onion straws, served with a twice baked potato

Char Grilled Aukra Salmon
Seasoned and char grilled Aukra salmon finished with a rosemary hollandaise sauce, presented over asparagus spears and served with garlic herb mashed potatoes  

Garlic Butter Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and onions in a white wine garlic butter pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan

Pan Seared Scallops
Deep sea scallops seasoned and pan seared, presented over butternut barley risotto and served with char grilled asparagus spears     

Citrus Pineapple Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet broiled in citrus butter and topped with a charred pineapple coulis, presented over wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
