Chicken & Chorizo Pasta 

Pan fried chicken breast and chorizo with artichokes, asparagus, onions and tomatoes finished in    a white wine and butter sauce topped parmesan


Char Grilled Mahi Mahi    

Char grilled Mahi Mahi filet served with roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach and finished with a garlic orange coulis.

Char grilled Stockyard Angus Reserve Sirloin 

Char grilled stockyard Angus reserve sirloin served with broiled cheddar mashed potatoes, shitake mushrooms and topped with a garlic chive butter.


           Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna      

Seared Ahi Tuna with rice and yellow squash with red peppers finished with a garlic ginger soy reduction.

Seared Scallops      
Pan seared Deep Sea Scallops served with bacon blue cheese and barley risotto finished with roasted tomato coulis.

Sweet & Sour Shrimp  

Beer battered jumbo shrimp deep fried and served with stir fried vegetables over rice pilaf with sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry    

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
