Dinner Features December 22nd, 2016

Pesto Chicken 

Breaded boneless chicken breast stuffed with pesto, ham and asiago cheese served with sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes topped with a burgundy garlic cream sauce.     

Chicken Stir Fry  

Stir fried chicken and vegetables served with rice pilaf topped with deep fried linguini.

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak  

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled and served with roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach and topped with roasted chive butter.

Shrimp Mi Potrona        

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo, fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil finished in a lite cream sauce over pasta.    

Scallops Carbonara  

Pan fried deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, onions, tomatoes and peas finished in a lite alfredo sauce over pasta.

Char Grilled Mahi Mahi   

            Char grilled Mahi Mahi filet served with rice, sautéed asparagus and garlic.

            Fresh Broiled Haddock   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
