Dinner Features December 12

Chicken Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and fresh basil, served with linguini tossed with a pesto cream blush sauce        

Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce, served over wild rice       

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and finished with a roasted red pepper coulis, served with sautéed spinach and garlic cheddar mashed potatoes 

Shrimp Pomodoro
Jumbo shrimp pan fried and tossed in a roasted tomato Pomodoro sauce with linguini, finished with fresh basil and parmesan cheese

Pan Seared Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented with a roasted corn black bean salsa and rice pilaf, finished with a creamed leek sauce   

Fresh Grilled Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet flame grilled and presented with a roasted pineapple chutney and wild rice, finished with an orange marmalade cream 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
