Dinner Features December 4

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and finished with a Dijon cream sauce, served with sautéed Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes

Hearty Baked Ziti
Ziti pasta and fresh mozzarella cheese tossed in homemade Bolognese sauce, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese curds and broiled, finished with fresh basil  

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and finished with a sherry wine demi glace, served with braised cabbage and a twice baked potato     

Pumpkin Spiced Shrimp Pasta
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, onions and red peppers in a pumpkin cream sauce, tossed with ziti pasta

Pan Fried Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan fried and finished with a roasted tomato blush sauce, served with loaded mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts      

Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh grilled mahi mahi served with a pineapple chutney and wild rice, finished with a roasted red pepper coulis

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
