Dinner Features December 26th, 2016


Vegetable Lasagna 

This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad.



Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak   

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order with burgundy portobello mushroom sauce served with a twice baked potato. 



Chicken Carbonara tossed with Pasta      
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions, bacon and peas in a lite Carbonara sauce tossed with pasta.  



Shrimp & Crabmeat Primavera Alfredo 

Jumbo shrimp with crab meat and mixed garden vegetables in a light alfredo sauce tossed with pasta.   



Shitake Sea Scallops over Pasta 
Deep sea scallops with shitake mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and broccoli in a garlic sherry cream sauce over pasta.  



Char Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak           

Char grilled Ahi Tuna steak with garlic rosemary avocado served over fresh asparagus and a side of rice.



Fresh Broiled Haddock           

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
