Dinner Features December 8th, 2016


Chicken Italian over Pasta 

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a fresh basil, garlic and white wine marinara sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese.



Chicken Santa fe over Rice       

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, diced peppers, onions, sweet corn, bacon and banana peppers in a spicy garlic sherry wine sauce over rice finished with shredded cheddar and tortilla chips.  Yummmmmmmmm!  



Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak   

Montreal seasoned Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order topped with a portabello mushroom sauce and with a dollop of rosemary butter finished with a twice baked.    



Shrimp and Tomato Verda with Goat Cheese over Pasta  

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, zucchini, and fresh spinach in a garlic basil white wine sauce over pasta finished with aged goat cheese.



Scallops and Broccoli Alfredo tossed with Pasta 

Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a lite alfredo sauce.         



Pan Seared Mahi Mahi with Pumpkin Apple Cream Sauce 

Fresh pan seared mahi mahi filet with lemon and sherry wine served over fresh asparagus topped with a pumpkin apple cream sauce and a side of rice.   



Fresh Broiled Haddock                
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
