Dinner Features December 11

Sweet & Sour Grilled Chicken
Boneless chicken breast marinated and char grilled, finished with a sweet and sour barbeque sauce and served with a fresh pineapple salsa and wild rice      

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with caramelized onions and rosemary butter, served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes and broccoli, tossed in Alfredo sauce and served over linguini

Pesto Cream Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and onions in a pesto cream sauce, tossed with linguini  

Fresh Broiled Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet seasoned and broiled, served with a roasted corn black bean salsa and chorizo sweet potato hash, finished with a leek cream sauce

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh Ahi tuna steak pan seared to order, served with linguini tossed with tomatoes, zucchini, roasted red peppers and onions in a blush sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
