Dinner Features December 2nd, 2016

Honey Dijon Chicken   
Pan fried chicken breast with onion, scallions, red peppers and tomatoes tossed with linguini and finished with honey Dijon alfredo.

Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon  

Pan seared salmon with wild mushroom risotto and sautéed spinach finished with a pesto cream alfredo sauce.  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin     

Seasoned char grilled Angus stockyard sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed escarole topped with a wild mushroom rosemary demi glaze. 

             Pan Seared Scallops Salad   

Fresh pan seared sea scallops served over mixed greens with tomatoes, onions and red peppers topped with warm bacon vinaigrette.

Asian Seared Ahi Tuna 

Marinated seared tuna steak served with stir fried vegetables over rice.

           Honey Garlic Shrimp  

Pan seared fresh honey garlic jumbo shrimp sautéed and served over wild rice with broiled asparagus.

Fresh Broiled Haddock     
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry         

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
