Wednesday 23rd December dinner features

Rosemary Mushroom Stockyard Sirloin Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with a rosemary wild mushroom burgundy sauce, served
with a twice baked potato.

Herb Crusted Chicken Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast over rice, topped with a basil roasted red pepper sauce.

Seafood Alfredo Primavera Sautéed sea scallops, salmon and chopped clams mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce.   

Stuffed Mahi Mahi Fresh broiled mahi filet stuffed with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, topped with a tarragon cream sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice

Shrimp du Chef Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, butternut squash, zucchini, bacon sundried tomatoes and brussel sprouts in a garlic sherry cream sauce over pasta.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
