Dinner Features December 19


Bacon Balsamic Stockyard Sirloin
Bacon wrapped balsamic glazed beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed brussel sprouts

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, onions, garlic and mushrooms in a creamy Dijon pan sauce served over pasta

Harvest Chicken
Boneless sautéed chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, onions and garlic in a white wine pan sauce served over pasta     

Scallops Arrabiata
Deep sea scallops pan seared with chopped clams and roasted garlic in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta

Char Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh seasoned and char grilled blue marlin topped with rosemary lemon infused butter and presented over bulghur lentil pilaf, served with asparagus spears

Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo tiger shrimp pan seared in a sun dried tomato and white wine Alfredo sauce, with sautéed spinach served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
