Dinner Features December 1


Sicilian Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, presented with a Sicilian mushroom sauce with Madeira wine, portobello mushrooms, peppers and onions and served with a twice baked potato                                                    

New Orleans Chicken Creole
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sherry sauce, served over rice pilaf

Linguini with Clam Sauce
Chopped clams, broccoli and kalamata olives in a basil garlic broth served over linguine and finished with asiago cheese

Scallops Carbonara
Deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions in a light alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta     

Roasted Red Pepper Asiago Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, asparagus and zucchini in a light roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Herb Broiled Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet broiled and served with a fresh herb caper cream sauce, presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
