Steak Diane
Twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom onion Dijon sauce and served with rice pilaf  

Chicken & Wild Mushroom Florentine
Boneless chicken breast sauteed with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms with fresh spinach and asparagus in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Chicken Sesame Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame teriyaki stir fry served over rice  

Scallops Asiago
Deep sea scallops sautéed with zucchini, broccoli and artichoke hearts in a fresh basil roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce, served over pasta  

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi filet stuffed with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, topped with a dill caper sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Creole
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, onions, peppers and tomatoes in a zesty spicy garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
