Dinner Features December 12

Steak and Shrimp
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection paired with a grilled shrimp skewer and topped with roasted garlic butter, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh garlic in an Alfredo sauce, served over pasta with garlic bread

Butternut Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared in a roasted butternut squash cream sauce and served over pasta

Honey Citrus Salmon
Salmon filet marinated in a honey citrus marinade and char grilled, served with steamed broccoli and wild rice   

Jamaican Shrimp
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed in Jamaican jerk spices with fresh pineapple, baby spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers served over wild rice

Crab Cakes
Twin 3 ounce house made crab cakes pan seared and topped with a Cajun hollandaise, presented over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
