Dinner Features December 26

Bacon Barbeque Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned with a barbeque dry rub and char grilled to perfection, topped with bacon, onion straws and Guinness barbeque sauce, served with a twice baked potato and asparagus

Cajun Chicken Fajita
Boneless chicken breast char grilled with Cajun spices, sautéed peppers and onions, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and avocado sour cream served with warm tortillas and a side of black beans and rice   

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, mushrooms and garlic in a roasted red pepper gruyere cream sauce, served over pasta  

Lemon Caper Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach, olives, sun dried tomatoes and capers in a lemon white wine pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet seasoned and pan seared, topped with a rosemary hollandaise and served over asparagus spears with a side of herb infused mashed potatoes

Shrimp French
Jumbo shrimp dipped in an egg batted and pan fried with artichoke hearts in a lemon sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
