Dinner Features December 27

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with a roasted red pepper gruyere sauce and roasted potatoes  

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with bacon and zucchini, tossed with pasta and a roasted red pepper Florentine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes served with pasta and a three cheese Alfredo sauce

Brown Butter Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with prosciutto, onions and pecans with brown butter, served with mashed potatoes  

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in an herb crust with artichokes, capers and scallions served over garlic parmesan pasta

Southwest Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, sweet peppers and tomatoes, served with rice and a spicy tomato puree  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
