Montreal Beef Sirloin Medallions
Two 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled with Montréal seasonings and presented over garlic bread, topped with a mushroom burgundy demi-glace and served with a twice baked potato

Garden Shiitake Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, carrots, onions and tomatoes in a sherry garlic sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Harvest Season Grilled Pork Chops
Seasoned and char-grilled pork chops served with an apple onion jam, asparagus spears and a side of mashed potatoes  

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a holiday nutmeg eggnog cream sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Scallops du Chef
Deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh spinach, portobello mushrooms, and green bell peppers in a roasted red pepper white wine cream sauce served over pasta

New Orleans Shrimp & Crab Creole
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, onions and zucchini in a spicy seafood broth served with rice pilaf

Barbeque Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf Sliders
Our homemade meatloaf sliders served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
