Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection and topped with a Montréal mushroom onion sauce, served with roasted garlic smashed potatoes

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella cheese and basil, pan seared and presented over garlic parmesan pasta

Shiitake Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a sherry cream sauce served over pasta     

Scallops Fra Diablo
Deep sea scallops and chopped clams sautéed with tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, peppers and onions in a spicy white wine marinara sauce served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon topped with a dill cream sauce and served over bulghur lentil pilaf with a side of asparagus spears

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a citrus apple pineapple relish, served over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice

Shrimp Divon
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a white wine tarragon Dijon sauce, served over rice

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
