Dinner Features December 10


Scallops Portofino
Sea scallops seared with escarole, lemon, tomatoes and garlic tossed with pasta in a beurre blanc

Grilled Beef Stockyard Sirloin
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, baked with pesto and feta cheese and served with tomato bruschetta and a twice baked potato

Chicken & Eggplant du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant and mushrooms, tossed with pasta and a zesty tomato and black bean wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese    

Chicken Rustica
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto and sweet peas, tossed with pasta and a spicy garlic cream then baked with parmesan cheese

Biscotti Crusted Salmon
Salmon filet  lightly coated with a biscotti crust and pan-seared, presented with a sherry cream sauce and apple cranberry stuffing  

Herb Shrimp
Jumbo tiger shrimp pan seared with bacon, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and fresh herbs served with bleu cheese mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
