Montréal Grilled Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a jardinière sauce- braised carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes and sweet peas in a marsala demi glace, and presented over garlic parmesan smashed potatoes

Basil Marinara Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and onions in a garlic white wine fresh basil marinara sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese    

Chicken Saltimbocca
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, escarole, mushrooms and kalamata olives in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese    

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, orzo pasta and asiago cheese topped with a Dijon caper cream sauce and served over asparagus with a side of rice

Lemon Herb Seared Scallops
Sea scallops seared with an herb coating in a lemon white wine sauce, presented over grilled zucchini and topped with a roasted red pepper black bean tomato sauce, served with a side of parmesan smashed potatoes

Rosemary Shrimp Normandy
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a fresh rosemary sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
