Scallops alla Maria
Sea scallops broiled with a Greek vinaigrette and served over lemon herb pasta, finished with feta cheese

Grilled Beef Stockyard Sirloin
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with cajun spices and presented with a sauté of peppers and onions, topped with a black bean tomato coulis and Monterey jack cheese, served with a twice baked potato  

Sicilian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with white beans, escarole, tomatoes, garlic and crushed pepper with ziti and a white wine broth, finished with asiago cheese  

Basil Lime Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared in a basil lime crust with spinach, mushrooms and sweet peppers, served with a sriracha chili sauce

Biscotti Crusted Salmon
Salmon filet lightly coated with a biscotti crust and pan-seared, presented with a sherry cream sauce and apple cranberry stuffing 

Shrimp Amatricania
Jumbo tiger shrimp pan seared with prosciutto and sweet peas tossed with pasta in a parmesan tomato sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Fish Fry
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
