Dinner Features December 21


Char Grilled Sicilian Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions and melted asiago cheese, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a Madeira demi glace, served with rice pilaf  

Balsamic Brussels Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, Brussels sprouts, spinach and onions in a garlic sherry balsamic sauce, served over rice and dusted with asiago cheese  

Sesame Orange Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame orange stir fry served over rice

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared,  topped with a fresh basil citrus relish and  served over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice

Seafood Alfredo Florentine
Jumbo shrimp, chopped clams and salmon sautéed with spinach in a light Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
