Dinner features Monday 7th December

Mushroom Pepper Beef Stockyard Grilled 10oz beef stockyard with portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and spinach, topped with garlic butter and
served with a twice baked potato.

Holiday Herb Crusted Chicken Pan seared herb crusted chicken breast with apples, onions, artichokes and scallions, topped with a nutmeg cream sauce, served over rice.  

Farmers Market Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery and tomat0es in a Madeira stew sauce with a side of oven smashed potatoes.  

Broiled Salmon  Broiled fresh Salmon over rice and asparagus spears served with a spicy roasted red pepper, black bean garlic sauce.  

Sea Scallops Divon Sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a sherry Dijon sauce over pasta.

Tiger Shrimp Scampi Sautéed shrimp with olive oil sherry and a garlic lemon
wine sauce over pasta, topped with asiago cheese.

Barbeque Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf Sliders Our homemade meatloaf sliders served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
