Scotch Ale Pork Chops
Char-grilled pork chops topped with caramelized onions and Scotch Ale gravy, served with bacon-horseradish mashed potatoes

Spinach Artichoke Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a creamy spinach artichoke Alfredo sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Bacon Crab Stuffed Stockyard Sirloin
Char-grilled Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with bacon, herbs and wild caught crab, finished with a balsamic reduction and served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with a sun dried tomato rosemary hollandaise, served with roasted potato wedges

Mediterranean Scallops
Deep sea scallops seasoned and pan seared in sherry wine and olive oil with kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach served over orzo pasta and finished with feta cheese  

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a lemon sherry pan sauce with grape tomatoes and fresh parsley, served over pasta  

Jamaican Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet broiled with Jamaican jerk spices , topped with an orange pineapple chutney and served over rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
