Dinner features Friday 18th December


Rustic Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea scallops, wild mushrooms, horseradish, zucchini, shallots with pasta and a red wine butter sauce.



Tuscan Beef Stockyard Sirloin Char-grilled 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak over a Tuscan sauté of braised kale, banana peppers, stewed tomatoes and garlic, with duchess potatoes.  



Sicilian Stuffed Chicken Pan seared herb crusted chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto ham, basil and fresh mozzarella over rice and asparagus spears, finished with Dijon sherry sauce.



Sugo Bianco Pan seared chicken breast, sweet peas, roasted red pepper tossed with pasta in a red wine butter sauce. 





Fresh Ginger Salmon Ginger bread crusted Salmon steak pan seared with apples, craisins and a rosemary butternut squash



Blue Marlin Marinated and grilled Blue Marlin steak presented with shaved vegetables and a pineapple salsa.   



Linguine Pescatora Sautéed tiger shrimp and clams tossed with garlic rosemary, crushed red pepper, tomatoes and pasta in a white wine marinara sauce.  



Fresh Broiled Haddock Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  



Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
