Dinner Features December 13


Barbeque Stockyard Sirloin
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, smothered with cheddar cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onions, drizzled with barbeque sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Festivus Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a gingerbread crust and topped with a holiday butternut cream sauce, served with an apple cranberry stuffing  

Chicken & Prosciutto
Boneless sautéed chicken breast layered with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella cheese, served with parmesan herb mashed potatoes  

Lemon Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops broiled with white wine, lemon and basil, served over wild rice and dusted with parmesan cheese  

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order, served with a warm bacon brussel sprout slaw

Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and scallions tossed with pasta in a three cheese Alfredo sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

French Toast Crunch Sundae
Enough to share! Crisp French toast sprinkled with cinnamon and chocolate chips, topped with crunchy granola, vanilla ice cream, caramel and whipped cream. Go for it!
