Dinner features Wednesday 16th December

Asiago Mushroom Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Char grilled 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak topped with an asiago-mushroom cream sauce, served with a twice baked potato.

Holiday Chicken Vienna Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and ham in a cranberry sherry glaze served over an apple craisin stuffing.

Chicken Lambrusco Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, artichokes, prosciutto ham and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce over pasta, topped with asiago cheese. 

Wild Mushroom Sea Scallops Pan-seared sea scallops, wild mushrooms, brussel sprouts, bacon and sun dried tomatoes in a white wine herb cream sauce over wild rice.  

Biscotti Crusted Mahi Mahi Pan seared biscotti crusted mahi-mahi filet over asparagus spears topped with a citrus pineapple salsa.

Garlic Seafood Pasta Sautéed tiger shrimp, chopped clams and crabmeat in a garlic lemon white wine sauce with peppers and onions over pasta.     

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
