Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with a rosemary portobello onion burgundy sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini and fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper basil asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Scallops & Crabmeat Ala Romano Alfredo
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, topped with a tarragon cream sauce and served over asparagus spears
