Dinner Features December 14

Steak Au Poivre Fromage
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned with cracked black peppercorns and char grilled to perfection, topped with melted bleu cheese crumbles and served with prosciutto wrapped asparagus and herb mashed potatoes    

Southwest Chicken & Chorizo
Boneless chicken breast dusted with Cajun spices and sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, green peppers, onions and garlic, finished with an avocado cream sauce and presented over wild rice and black beans

Apple Pecan Chicken
Boneless sautéed chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust and topped with an apple cider reduction, served with cranberry apple stuffing 

Scallops Caprese
Deep sea scallops garlic, fresh basil, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese in a white wine pesto sauce, served over pasta

Crab Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet stuffed with crab claw meat and herbs, finished with a cajun hollandaise and served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf

Sicilian Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with kalamata olives, banana peppers, grape tomatoes and garlic in a white wine fresh basil pan sauce, serve over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
