Santa’s Stockyard Sirloin
Char-grilled Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, presented with a roasted red pepper wine sauce and a twice baked potato

Apple Pecan Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with apples, onions and spiced pecans served with a sherry cream and butternut mashed potatoes

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and peas tossed with parmesan and eggs tossed with pasta 

Pork & Beef Goulash
Ground pork and beef, tomatoes, onions and peppers mixed with a tomato sauce, fresh herbs and elbow pasta, topped with asiago cheese served with garlic bread  

Scallops Ricardo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and basil tossed with pasta and a spicy tomato sauce

Shrimp Baja
Jumbo lime herb marinated shrimp sautéed with jalapeño peppers, sweet corn and onions, presented over rice and finished with sour cream and scallions

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet pan seared and finished with a garlic parmesan crust, served with a sriracha aioli and roasted carrots and zucchini
