Island Teriyaki Shrimp Salad Teriyaki marinated shrimp skewer grilled and served over wild greens with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and almonds served with a creamy teriyaki orange dressing.



Grilled Montreal Stockyard Steak 10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and topped with caramelized onions and béarnaise sauce, served over bruschetta bread.



Stuffed Roasted Chicken Roasted chicken breast stuffed with spinach, crabmeat, pecans and asiago cheese, served over pasta anglie olie, dusted with asiago cheese.  



Citrus Basil Mahi Pan seared Mahi with a citrus basil salsa over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf.
