Dinner Features September 22

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh pan seared barramundi filet served with a blend of garlic seared vegetables, presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, presented with basil seared tomatoes and caramelized onions, topped with asiago cheese and served with a twice baked potato

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with capers, spinach and portobello mushrooms in a sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Macaroni & Cheese
Baked macaroni in a three cheese blend with bacon and onions, served with garlic bread

Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a ginger soy teriyaki sauce, serve over rice and dusted with sesame seeds    

Scallops & Broccoli Pesto Alfredo
Sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Chicken Du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and onions in a Montréal basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
