Island Teriyaki Seafood
Your choice of teriyaki marinated salmon or ahi tuna flame broiled and topped with Asian slaw, presented over rice pilaf

Roasted Garlic Barbeque Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with a roasted garlic barbeque sauce and caramelized onions, served with bacon herb mashed potatoes

Boneless char grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with apples, candied walnuts and onions served with a strawberry balsamic dressing  

Cranberry Brie Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with a panko crust, stuffed with brie cheese and topped with a balsamic cranberry reduction, served with wild rice

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with kalamata olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes and fresh basil in a white wine scampi sauce, served over pasta

Sea scallops pan seared in a white wine pan sauce with tomatoes and fresh basil, presented over pasta and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese
