Dinner Features September 21


Appetizer:
Teriyaki Duck Wings
Four piece duck wings fried and presented with a mandarin teriyaki glaze and toasted sesame seeds, served with a side of Asian slaw

Entrees:
Blackened Barramundi
Fresh broiled barramundi filet, blackened and served with caramelized onions, rice pilaf and asparagus

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with a sauté of black beans and tomatoes, finished with habanero sour cream and scallions

Chicken Chorizo Bake
Chicken, chorizo sausage, mushrooms, peppers and garlic tossed with a spicy tomato sauce and baked with cheddar cheese

Macaroni & Cheese
Baked macaroni in a three cheese blend with bacon and onions, served with garlic bread

Shrimp Aglio
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes, spinach and sun dried tomatoes served over pasta with a garlic wine sauce and finished with asiago cheese    

Brown Butter Scallops
Sea scallops pan seared with wild mushrooms and caramelized onions, served with pasta and a savory brown butter sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
