Dinner Features September 8

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and finished with a pecan pear sauce, served over wild rice with asparagus spears

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Pesto Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and fresh spinach in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Spicy Spanish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Rosemary Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli and carrots in a fresh rosemary lemon wine sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Normandy
Sea scallops sautéed with apples, fresh spinach and artichoke hearts in a creamy marsala sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
