Dinner Features September 28


Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to perfection, served over rosemary portobello mushrooms, topped with balsamic Bermuda onions and served with a twice baked potato

Seafood Basil Alfredo
Dry packed deep sea scallops, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta   

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese

Montréal Grilled Swordfish
Fresh swordfish char grilled with Montréal seasonings and presented over a garlic vegetable medley and pasta, topped with asiago cheese

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed in white wine, topped with a citrus pineapple salsa and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Shrimp Italian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
