Dinner Features September 27


Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a rosemary portobello demi-glace and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a Marsala lemon wine sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Sicilian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, onions, pepperoncini, scallions and fresh basil in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Char Grilled Swordfish
Fresh swordfish char grilled and presented over a spring vegetable blend, topped with a tarragon caper cream sauce and served with a side of rice pilaf

Parmesan Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, zucchini, red onions, asparagus and fresh basil in a parmesan cream sauce, served over pasta  

Garlic Seafood
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, chopped clams, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
