Dinner Features September 10




Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh grilled Mahi Mahi filet presented with wild rice, roasted beets and local pears, finished with crumbly bleu cheese

Cajun Grilled Stockyard Steak
beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with cajun spices, served with a sauté of bacon, tomatoes and black beans, a twice baked potato and asparagus spears

Chicken Lafayette
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jalapeños, onions and mushrooms tossed with pasta in an avocado cream sauce

Shrimp & Risotto
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with onions and sweet peppers, served with parmesan corn risotto

Sea Scallops Rojo
Sea scallops pan seared with brussel sprouts, served over pasta with a roasted red pepper gruyere sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Burger Chimichurri
Half pound burger char grilled to order and topped with Monterey jack cheese, diced jalapeños and a chimichurri aioli, served on a brioche bun with lettuce and tomatoes with a side of beer battered fries
