Dinner Features September 6


Caribbean Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet char grilled with jerk spices and topped with citrus salsa, served with wild rice

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and presented with salt roasted beets, crumbly bleu cheese and walnuts, served with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears

Barbeque Chicken Salad
Herb crusted boneless chicken breast presented over mixed greens with bacon, corn, tomatoes, onions and black beans served with a roasted garlic barbeque ranch dressing 

Dak Gui
Asian marinated chicken breast sautéed with carrots, zucchini and mushrooms served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp Curry
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli and carrots tossed with pasta and curry butter, finished with scallions

Scallops Scampi
Sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, served over pasta in a garlic wine sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
