Dinner features 16th September

Stuffed Mahi-Mahi Broiled Mahi stuffed with spinach, apples and shiitake mushrooms, topped with a sesame orange glaze and served with a side of rice.

Rosemary Marsala Stockyard Steak Seasoned 10oz Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and served over roasted red pepper smashed potatoes, topped with wild greens and crumbled blue, drizzled with a rosemary marsala garlic sauce.   

Herb Crusted Chicken Florentine Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast over fresh spinach topped with a pineapple zucchini salsa and served with a side of rice.

Chicken Provencal Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives and eggplant in a garlic basil white wine sauce over pasta with asiago cheese.

Shrimp & Chorizo Asiago Pasta Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and scallions in a light asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta.

Chef’s Sea Scallops Sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and asparagus in a lemon basil white wine sauce over pasta, topped with parmesan cheese.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
