Jerk seasoned pan seared yellowtail snapper presented over asparagus spears and topped with a pineapple zucchini relish, served with a side of rice pilaf

Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a Dijon portobello roasted red pepper sauce and served with augratin potatoes   

Summer’s End Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, red bell peppers and brussel sprouts in a white wine balsamic sauce, served over rice pilaf

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Santa Fe
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, onions and green olives in a spicy garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf

Scallops Italian
Sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and peppers in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
