Dinner Features September 19


Steak and Crab
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and stuffed with crab claw meat and fresh herbs, topped with a balsamic reduction and served with sautéed brussel sprouts and roasted red pepper mashed potatoes

Mediterranean Stuffed Barramundi
Broiled barramundi filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese served over rice pilaf

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with a rosemary citrus hollandaise, presented over grilled asparagus spears

Harvest Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with pecans, apples, grapes and red onions served with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette  

Chicken Mushroom Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms in a white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Bacon Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes in a white wine cream sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

The Firehouse Chicken
Cajun grilled chicken breast with melted Monterey jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and habanero sour cream, served with beer battered fries
