Dinner Features September 9

Avocado Tarragon Mahi  Broiled Mahi Mahi filet with an avocado tarragon cream sauce over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice.

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak Fromage  Grilled seasoned beef stockyard sirloin steak, topped with melted crumbly blue, served with a Dijon mustard sauce and a twice baked potato.

Basil Pear Chicken Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh pears, basil and sundried tomatoes in a sherry wine sauce over rice.  

Apple Almond Chicken Pan-seared chicken breast with apples, almonds, artichoke hearts and scallions, tossed in a sherry cream sauce over pasta.  

Sesame Orange Shrimp Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash, carrots and onions tossed in a sesame orange stir fry over rice.

Sea Scallops Angelina Broiled Sea scallops with tomatoes, garlic and Marsala wine topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
