Dinner features 30th September

Bistro Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Beef stockyard sirloin steak perfectly seasoned and char grilled to order, served over garlic parmesan smashed potatoes with seared balsamic wild greens and a roasted red pepper demi glace  

Scallops Basil with Lemon Orzo Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, portobello mushrooms and fresh basil tossed with orzo, lemon and white wine finished with feta cheese    

Spanish Chicken Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, corn, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic white wine tomato sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Jerk Seared Island Cottage Mahi Mahi Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with a jerk panko crust, served on a bed of rice pilaf and finished with an orange pineapple rosemary relish

Chicken Jardinière Boneless chicken breast pan seared with jardinière vegetables topped with rosemary gravy and served with a side of oven roasted herb potatoes    

Seafood Newburg  New England style hearty bisque with jumbo shrimp, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams in a sherry creamed bisque accompanied by a thick pesto bruschetta and side of rice pilaf

Spicy Shrimp Quesadilla A jalapeño cheddar flour tortilla grilled with shrimp, cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, dice green peppers and onions served with a side of salsa and sour cream  

Fresh Broiled Haddock Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
