Dinner Feauters September 3

Barbeque Grilled Stockyard Steak
KC rubbed beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and served with a sauté of bacon, oni0ns, mushrooms and a barbeque glaze, served with cheddar mashed potatoes  

Stuffed Roasted Chicken
Roasted chicken breast stuffed with spinach, crabmeat, pecans and asiago cheese, served over pasta with a lemon aioli  

Herb Crust Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared in an herb crust with eggplant, tomatoes and onions, served with a garlic butter sauce over rice pilaf

Dak Gui
Marinated and grilled chicken breast presented with a mixed green salad of shaved carrots, almonds, zucchini and sesame seeds  

Shrimp Tuscany
Garlic marinated jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a white wine sauce

Scallops Risotto
Deep sea scallops sautéed with wild mushrooms and shaved asparagus served with cauliflower risotto

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
