Dinner Features September 17


Appetizer:
Duck Wings
Four piece duck wings fried and tossed in honey teriyaki, served with Asian slaw and toasted sesame seeds

Entrees:
Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order, served with rosemary roasted carrots and brussel sprouts and rice pilaf

Stockyard Steak & Gnocchi
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and presented with a sauté of wild mushrooms and spinach, served with homemade roasted red pepper gnocchi with a Marsala butter

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed with artichokes and tomatoes served with pasta in a lemon sherry sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Teriyaki
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, carrots, roasted red peppers and scallions presented over rice pilaf with a teriyaki glaze and toasted almonds

Shrimp Portofino
Jumbo marinated shrimp sautéed with spinach, mushrooms and garlic tossed with pasta and a lemon butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Scallops Chorizo
Sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers, onions and olives served with pasta in a garlic wine sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
