Dinner Features September 24


Appetizer:
Spring Rolls
Four shrimp and coconut spring rolls served with a honey garlic sriracha sauce

Entrees:
Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Broiled Mahi stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese, finished with a roasted red pepper cream sauce and served with a vegetable medley  

Cuban Grilled Stockyard Steak
Cuban marinated Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with roasted potatoes, Swiss cheese and pickled onions

Lemon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli served over rice with a lemon wine sauce, and finished with asiago cheese    

Garlic Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with caramelized onions and sweet peppers, tossed with pasta and a garlic butter sauce     

Scallops Carbonara
Sea scallops pan seared with bacon and peppercorns, tossed with spaghetti, egg and parmesan cheese  

Cajun Barbeque Chicken
Boneless Cajun grilled chicken breast presented with mashed potatoes and a sauté of corn, tomatoes and scallions, finished with a drizzle of barbeque sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
