Dinner Features July 31

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and finished with a bleu cheese herb butter, presented over roasted tomatoes and roasted artichokes, served with wild rice

Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, mushrooms and onions, tossed with pasta and a rosemary hollandaise

Beef Florentine
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, served with creamed spinach and a twice baked potato

Pan Fried Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp pan fried and presented over fresh greens with chorizo sausage, onions, sweet peppers and aged goat cheese, served with a mango honey lime vinaigrette  

Jalapeño Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with Cajun seasonings, served with wild rice, black beans and corn finished with an avocado sour cream and jalapeño lime salsa  

Savory Sole
Fresh sole fish pan fried with a savory crust, tomatoes, capers and greens with asparagus spears and pecan brown butter   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
